The perfect gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan substitute for traditional ricotta.
2 cups slivered almonds
4tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cups water
Place all ingredients in a high speed bender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Adjust spices to your taste.
Once smooth use in any recipe that calls for ricotta.
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
