1 handful of frozen mixed berries.
3-4 frozen pineapple pieces.
3-4 frozen mango pieces.
2 tbsp Natures Way Instant Vanilla Protein Powder (or protein powder of choice)
1 tsp Açai powder.
Soy milk (or dairy-free milk of choice) to blend – not too much, add in while blending otherwise your Acai bowl will be too runny
1 handful quinoa flakes
1 handful coconut flakes
1 handful almonds.
1 frozen pineapple piece
1 frozen mango piece
In a medium sized blender add frozen fruit, protein powder, açai powder and a dash of soy milk.
Blend until smooth, stopping and stirring if needed and adding more soy milk (but remember not too much, just enough to get the frozen fruit moving)
Pour mixture into a bowl and top with quinoa flakes, coconut flakes, and almonds.
Slice your strawberry into 4 pieces and add to the top.
Add the extra pineapple and mango pieces.
