Choc Berry Green Smoothie

Perfect for the green smoothie beginner, the addition of mixed berries helps lessen the taste of the kale and spinach. With silken tofu (or your favourite dairy-free yogurt), this smoothie is smooth, rich, and creamy.

  • 1 cup low fat soy milk ((or dairy-free milk of choice))
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 handful mixed kale & baby spinach
  • 100 grams silken tofu ((or dairy-free yogurt if you can't tolerate soy))
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder ((I use soy, miss 14 uses pea))
  • 1 tsp hemp seed oil
  1. Place all ingredients in to blender & blend until smooth

  2. Pour into a glass and drink immediately for maximum nutritional value
