Choc Berry Protein Acai Bowl

Base

1 frozen banana

100g frozen mixed berries

2 tbsp Natures Way Instant Natural Protein – Chocolate

1 tsp açai powder

120ml Soy milk (or your favourite dairy-free milk)

Topping –

3 slices frozen banana

1 handful frozen mixed berries

1 tbsp of quinoa flakes (or gluten-free oats)

1 handful of almonds

1 handful of cashews

1 tsp of peanut butter

Method

  1. In a blender combine banana, berries, protein powder and milk and blend till combined with no clumps.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings.

Enjoy.
