Gluten-Free Pizza Base

Recipe

Makes 1 large (25cm) pizza or 20 mini pizzas.

Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp bi-carbonate soda

2 tsp avocado oil

1/3 cup almond milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

pinch of salt

Italian herbs

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180 c.

Sift flour into bowl of food processor.

Add remaining ingredients and mix until dough forms.

Roll out dough to fit a 25cm pizza pan.

Brush with extra avocado oil.

Bake for 5 minutes .

Top with toppings of choice.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Cut & serve.

Enjoy.
