Low FODMAP Salsa


  • 1 400g can Organic Diced Tomatoes 
  • 1 Red Chilli Chopped 
  • 1/4 Capsicum Chopped 
  • 3 Dashes Italian Herbs
  • 3 Dashes Dried Oregano
  • Dash Ground Cumin
  • Dash Ground Paprika
  • Salt to taste 


  1. In a medium-sized pot add Diced Tomatoes, Capsicum & Chilli then heat on the stovetop on medium to low heat.
  2. Add in herbs & spices and stir.
  3. Add more spices to desired taste, (if wanting a little sweeter add 1 tsp of stevia).
  4. Once Capsicum & Chilli are cooked, remove from the heat & your salsa is finished.
  5. Serve warm or refrigerate in an airtight container/jar.
