Sweet Potato Choc Protein Brownies

Makes 18 Brownies 


Ingredients ~

1 cup Mashed Sweet Potato

1/2 cup Peanut butter

2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup

1/4 cup Cacao

1/4 cup Vital Pea Protein Chocolate

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking powder

Dash of Salt

Method ~

Preheat Oven to 180* and line a Brownie tin.

In a large mixing bowl Combine all the Wet ingredients.

Once Combined mix in the dry ingredients until smooth.

Once smooth pour mixture into prepared brownie tin and bake for 20 minutes.

Let cool then slice and serve.

Notes ~

To store

Place cooled brownies in a sealed container and keep them in the fridge. Brownies refrigerated will keep fresh for up to 1 week.

To freeze

Place brownies in a sealed container or place them in a ziplock bag & freeze. Brownies kept in the freezer will keep fresh for up to 6 months.
