This recipe was created by Miss 14 as she loves bananas (I can’t eat them). She can’t tolerate soy so she uses almond milk and pea protein powder.
1 Kiwi (pealed)
2 tbsp Vital Pea Protein Powder (or Protein Powder of choice)
Plant based milk to blend (around 150ml).
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add more milk if wanting a milkier smoothie.
