Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 carrot chopped
- 15 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 (75g) cup frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 (75g) cup frozen baby peas
- 200g canned cannellini beans
- 1 serve Vegan Cheese Sauce
Method:
Cook vegetables.
Make Vegan Cheese Sauce as per instructions.
Add sauce to vegetables until heated through.
Serve.
Note: You can use any vegetables of choice. The vegan cheese sauce is a perfect way to get your children to try different vegetables.
